Description
Try our nutritious Wholemeal Multi-Seed Muffins, packed with seeds, whole grains, and natural ingredients, perfect for a wholesome breakfast or snack.
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 190°C (170° fan)/350 F/ gas 5 and oil a 12-hole silicone cupcake mould.
- Combine the flour, sugar, butter, and eggs in a bowl and whisk together for 2 minutes or until smooth.
- Fold in the blackberries then divide the mixture between the moulds.
- Transfer the mould to the oven and bake for 15-20 minutes.
- Test with a toothpick, if it comes out clean, the muffins are done.
- Transfer the muffins to a wire rack and leave to cool.

- 110g/ 4oz/ 1/2 cup self-raising flour, sifted.
- 110g/ 4oz/ 1/2 cup caster (superfine) sugar
- 110g/ 4oz/ 1/2 cup butter, softened
- 2 large eggs
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 150g/ 5oz/ 1 cup blackberries
