Description
These mini chocolate brownies are super fudgy and rich. If a bite full of intense chocolate flavor is what you desire then this recipe is perfect for you. It gives you twenty four mini brownies in total which is perfect to add to your snack jar.
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 170°C (150° fan)/325 F/ gas 3 and line a 24-hole muffin tin with paper cases.
- Melt dark chocolate, cocoa and butter together in a saucepan, then leave to cool a little.
- Whisk the sugar and eggs together with an electric whisk for 3 minutes or until very light and creamy.
- Pour in the chocolate mixture and sieve over the flour, then fold everything together until evenly mixed.
- Spoon into muffin cases and bake for 15-20 minutes or until the outside is set, but the centre is still a quite soft, as they will continue to cook as they cool.

- 110g/ 4oz/ 2/3 cup dark chocolate, minimum 60% cocoa solids, chopped
- 85g/ 3oz/ 3/4 cup unsweetened cocoa powder, sifted
- 225g/ 8oz/ 1 cup butter
- 450g/ 15oz/ 2 1/2 cups light brown sugar
- 4 large eggs
- 110g/ 4oz/ 1 cup self-raising flour
